About us
Our History
Thomson Health & Rehab is a 150-bed skilled nursing facility located in Thomson, Georgia. Our facility was built on family values and commitment to quality care. We believe in resident-centered care and the preservation of each resident's dignity, self-respect, and independence. Thomson Health & Rehab has deep roots in McDuffie County and makes it a priority to stay involved in the community in order to stay abreast of healthcare changes and inform the citizens of the services and amenities provided by our facility. We take pride in caring for loved ones in our community and are prepared to grow, change, and excel as we enter the future!
What Makes Us Unique?
The traditional values of Thomson Health & Rehab are founded on more than 30 years experience in the healthcare field. Our facility encompasses everyone from active seniors needing short-term rehabilitation, to individuals needing 24 hour skilled nursing care, as well as, residents who suffer from Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia and may need specialized memory care. Continuity of care allows residents and family members to have peach of mind in knowing that the needs of their loved one can be met on many different levels. This along with our broad range of services creates a secure, accommodating, and loving environment for the residents and their loved ones.
